To make matters worse, COMP USA never even turned in my contract to the TAP Program so I had to provide proof of purchase of the television and the extended warranty. After that was done, I called them on a daily basis to schedule a repair or a replacement. Everytime that I called, they told me that they would contact me within a 24-48 hour period. If you read the fine print on the TAP pamphlet, it is written to pretty much release them from any sort of timely service.
